Sightseeing city tours

As part of the III Luanda Financing Summit ­for Africa's Infrastructure Development, participants are invited to experience the vibrant culture and rich history of Luanda through specially curated city tours.

To help us plan and accommodate all interested participants, please complete the form below to indicate your interest in joining one of the field visits. Your feedback will assist us in organising logistics and ensuring a rewarding experience for everyone.

Pick-up: Selected hotel

08:00 – Start of the tour of Luanda, passing through:

  • Luanda Bay
  • National Bank of Angola
  • Iron Palace
  • Monument to the Unknown Soldier

08:20 – Continue south, stopping at the Legislative Assembly

09:20 – Slavery Museum and Crafts Fair (1-hour stop)

10:10 – Moon Viewpoint (20-minute stop)

11:20 – Return to Luanda City

12:00 – Arrival at the Fortress of S. Miguel and visit to the Military Museum

13:00 – End of services
Lunch at the Forte Velho Restaurant or return to the hotel (optional)

  • Iron Palace (brief stop for history explanation and photos)
  • Monument to the Unknown Soldier

09:10 – Continue south

10:00 – Slavery Museum and Crafts Fair (1-hour stop)

11:15 – Return to Luanda, passing by the Assembly of the Republic

12:00 – Enter the city through the Upper City, passing by the Dr. Antonio Agostinho Neto Mausoleum (brief stop for history explanation and photos)

12:30 – Arrival at the Fortress of S. Miguel and visit to the Military Museum

13:30 – End of services
