Venue: Marginal de Luanda (next to the Port of Luanda), Luanda, Angola

Delegations are encouraged to arrive in Luanda from 26 October onwards.

Upon arrival at Dr. António Agostinho Neto International Airport, protocol reception will be provided.

The summit will be held in person, featuring panel sessions moderated by experienced Facilitators

Medical and fire response teams will be stationed at:

• The event venue
• All official hotels hosting delegations

Heads of Delegations will receive tailored transport services.

Mini-buses will be available for collective transfers between Airport, Hotels, and event venue.

Each delegation will be supported by:

• One State Protocol Officer
• One Security Officer

Protocol support will be provided according to the status of the guest:

• Heads of State or Government
• Ministers or equivalent

In accordance with Legislative Diploma 3778/67, each delegation may bring:

• Up to 5 pistols (9mm calibre)
• 24 rounds per weapon

Required documentation to be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

• Name and passport copy of bearer
• Weapon model and calibre
• Serial number and ammunition quantity

For communication equipment, delegations must submit:

• Name and passport copy of bearer
• Type and model of radio
• Frequency (radio devices)
