Venue: Marginal de Luanda (next to the Port of Luanda), Luanda, Angola
ARRIVAL OF DELEGATIONS
Delegations are encouraged to arrive in Luanda from 26 October onwards.
Upon arrival at Dr. António Agostinho Neto International Airport, protocol reception will be provided.
SUMMIT FORMAT AND MODALITY
The summit will be held in person, featuring panel sessions moderated by experienced Facilitators

Transportation
Heads of Delegations will receive tailored transport services.
Mini-buses will be available for collective transfers between Airport, Hotels, and event venue.
Protocol assistance
Each delegation will be supported by:
- One State Protocol Officer
- One Security Officer
Protocol support will be provided according to the status of the guest:
- Heads of State or Government
- Ministers or equivalent
Accreditation
All participants must be properly accredited.
Registration is to be completed via the official summit website.
